Shipping Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Upon purchasing a bundle or ebook, you will receive an email with your product files attached immediately. If you do not receive them, kindly email us at help@thermacademy.com, and we will promptly resend your digital products.

PHYSICAL PRODUTCS:

Physical product order(s) will be processed within 3-5 days. We offer various shipping methods:
- Express Shipping: 4 Business Days. (Please note that shipping times do not include the processing time.)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't receive tracking details within a week of placing the order, contact us at help@thermacademy.com, and we'll assist in locating your package.

We recommend purchasing Navidium Shipping Protection during checkout for added security against loss, theft, or damage. This protection is automatically applied to each order and can be removed only by the customer before checkout.

In the event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please email help@thermacademy.com to get assistance with how to submit a claim. We review each case internally and will notify you promptly if your claim is approved. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours after the shipping carrier marks the package as "delivered" and no later than 1 week after delivery.
